A third-party purchase is any purchase/subscription of MINU products that occur outside of the MINU app or MINU website (minu.ai).

You may cancel directly with the third-party merchant through which you were billed or cancel your third-party subscription in MINU.

Let request a refund directly on your purchase/subscription from the third-party merchant.
What happens if I have an active third-party purchase subscription and then purchase an upgraded subscription on MINU?
If you purchase an upgraded subscription on MINU (i.e. in the MINU app or on minu.ai) while you currently have an active third-party subscription. Then, your new MINU purchase/subscription will kick in immediately.
