- Go to iTunes on a computer
- Click on your Apple ID
- Select Purchase History
- Find the transaction and tap Report Problem
- If your purchase was processed through the Google Play Store and you can request a refund here.
- If you use the direct credit card payment option, get the payment directly on Minu.ai, please request a refund here.
