Subscriptions can only be associated with one Minu account at a time.
If you’re seeing an error message that says, “Your subscription is currently tied to an existing Minu account”, this means your subscription is associated with an account that isn’t the one you’re signed in to.
Please delete your old one first to use your subscriptions on the new account. If you delete your account, your previous matches, messages and other info associated with it will be deleted also.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete
- Tap the profile icon
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and select Delete Account
Once you’ve successfully deleted your old account, log in to your new one and try again to restore your purchase.
If the same problem still happens, please submit a request and describe your issue in as much detail as possible, so we can look into things.
